If your funds are stuck in Treasure NFT, you can recover them only from the same wallet that you used to sign up/register. To recover the funds, you will need to use the backup phrase (Seed Phrase) or private key of that wallet. Remember — fund recovery is possible only from the wallet you previously logged in with or used for withdrawals. Until you use the backup phrase and private key of that same wallet, your funds cannot be recovered.
